Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following business day.
- Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Carriers:
We ship via USPS and/or FedEx to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
- We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time for expedited or overnight services.
Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays:
While we aim to meet delivery times, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or holidays. We are not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Please ensure that your delivery address is secure. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
